Starting from maven version 3.8.1 http:// repositories are blocked by default, see also https://maven.apache.org/docs/3.8.1/release-notes.html#cve-2021-26291 addresses International-Data-Spaces-Association#678

I don't know if there are side effects by using OpenJDK instead of eclipse-temurin. I guess there shouldn't.
